Our Girl Scout Daisy sisters are Troop #428 in the Girl Scout Council of the Nation's Capital.
Daisies are the youngest Girl Scouts. They must be at least 5 years old and are usually in kindergarten or first grade.
Daisies begin to learn the Girl Scout Law and Promise in activities, games, songs, and crafts. They begin to enjoy the outdoors on cookouts and hikes. Sometimes Daisies even have an overnight with their troop and parents.
Troop #428 meets twice a month on Friday evenings in south Arlington near Bailey's Crossroads.
